Insurance billing

Compared with other complimentary alternative medical therapies, insurance coverage for chiropractic services is extensive.  Many HMOs and private health care plans cover chiropractic treatment, as does Worker’s Compensation, Auto insurances and Medicare.

Health Insurance:

There are many health insurance policies that cover Chiropractic care and the Bridger Chiropractic Clinic is a Blue Cross Blue Shield preferred provider.    If you have health insurance, check whether chiropractic services are covered.  Michelle, the office manager, processes and submits all the insurance claims for our patients.   However, the patient is responsible for payment of the bill.

Auto/Accident Insurance:

Again, we will take care of all claims for you and provide the insurance company with the necessary documentation.   With auto insurance there will not be any co-pay to the patient.

Worker’s Compensation:

The Bridger Chiropractic Clinic works with many people that were injured on the job.  All of the billing and associated paperwork will be taken care of by the office staff.

Medicare:

We will send bills to Medicare for our patients.  There will be a co-pay for each visit, and Medicare does not cover things such as X-rays, examinations or physical therapy.  For those patients who have secondary insurance, we will work with them as well.
